What Are Some Universities That Provide Riding Programs And Have Pet Physical Therapy?

being that it’s time to start looking at colleges, i was wanting to continue with equine sports, and i also would like it to be part of my career, which is why i would like to work on pet physical therapy… i know that a friend of my family has a dog that goes through it often, and it seems like a better alternative to the veternary schooling, i’d rather work on rehab than the actual blood.

How Do I Get Involved In Those Philanthropic Clinics That Are Set Up In Poor Countries?

I always hear about these clinics that are set up for a few weeks and serve hundreds of people who normally couldn’t afford treatment. The only thing I usually hear about them doing is eye surgery. What other things do these clinics do? How can I be a major contributer without going to med school? I’m majoring in physical therapy, would I be able to use that in any way?

If Your Vain – How Do You Cope With Having Physical Imperfections, Or Injuries That Can’t Be Fixed ?

im 30 now have ptsd and bpd , waiting for group therapy, living alone in a one bedroom apartment on disability, i own nothing save an old computer.
endured a miserable , misfortunate life so far and are trying now to work towards my personal goals and ambitions, even at my disadvantages , with a criminal, psychiatric record , i know it will be hard , but my goals are my goals , to emigrate from britain with a decent paying computer job.
and still i hate to be felt sorry for and treated like a charity case- im telling you, i hate that.
i have some physical injuries and imperfections at the moment that are pending , unsure whether they can be fixed or not.
and its torment because im a vain perfectionist.
a crooked little finger, that droops over due to an injury years back, a splint DIDNT straighten it, it doops over – i can still use it normally, but im unhappy about how it looks , so im waiting for a 2nd opinion.
damaged nerves in my knuckle on my right hand , through punching a brick wall years ago, i can use it normally, but it hurts for example to hit a punch bag lightly , i was told NOTHING can be done with the damaged nerves – im waiting for a 2nd opinion.
cracked , fissured , torn skin covering the head of my penis, the sexual health clinic said test were clear, the dermatologist said there was NO skin disorder , but admitted the skin was cracked and fissured, they to a swab – it came back clear, the dermatologist said she didnt no what caused the cracked skin or whether it could be cleared or not, they took photos for another opinion in London, to be sent there , the dermatologist reported back and said it looked normal for me – i said i still wasnt happy and wanted a 3rd opinion , so now im waiting to see a professor.
i was told the cracked skin could be due to excessive masturbation over 12 times everyday for as long as i can remember.
there not sore, or cut or bruised or open wounds , its just the skin is simply cracked and torn.
im getting pulling pains and shooting pains recently in my pelvis to, especially if i masturbate.
i have an injured left ankle due to a bad sprain years ago when i ran accross a meadow, ive torn the ligaments, the MR scan pictures came back unclear , i was told i will need my ankle operated on – the ankle it very weak to, easily twists and i fall over.
i only have an average sized penis , just about 6 inch, and the head of my penis is NOT a big mushroom shaped like most guys ive seen pictures of.
how can i cope with these physical imperfections that may or may not be able to be fixed ?

Is There A Hospital Or Clinic That Would Sponsor Me In Going Back To Respiratory Therapy School In San Diego?

I have over 20 yrs of experience in respiratory therapy but I left the field in 1998 due to a physical problem, since the my license has lapsed, i am looking for a hospital that would sponsor me in going back to school to get my license renewed. I really want to get back into the field. I am not in a good financial situation right now so it would be difficult for me to pay for going to school. I hope someone can help me. I prefer the san diego area since that is where I currently live.

Are There Any Careers In The Medical Field That Do Not Require Injections/taking Blood Samples?

I am VERY interested in pursuing a career in the medical field due the the fact that it is high demand, helping people, and the money is good, however I have a fear of blood. Is there anyway to bypass that aspect of the medical field? Example -physical therapy, occupational therapy, etc. I would like to know what other fields are available that are not specifically nursing. I’m just researching all of my options so any information is useful. I currently hold a BA in Psychology but there are limitations to how far I can go in that field and I would like to expand my education and growth opportunites.

Are There Any Websites/books That Have Detailed Information On A Career In Physical Therapy?

I’m very interested in starting school next year, and have recently become intrigued with the idea of becoming a physical therapist. I’ve done some on line research, but nothing that I’ve been able to find has been really specific on the career. I want to be somewhat certain that this is a field that I want to pursue before I start the several years of college required. If there are any good websites, books, or other sources of information that might give me some insight on this field, it would be very helpful. Thanks in advance.

Is There A Career Out There That Combine Dietetics With Physical Therapy?

You can make it a career, but by choosing both dietetics and physical therapy you will have to be your own boss.
I noticed you are a sociology student. You could get an entry-level position with a group home agency where the clients have special dietary needs and/or require physical therapy. I completed a master’s degree while managing a group home for autistics.
If you get the right group home, you can work full-time and take 3 classes w/o burning out. That creates huge tax advantages doing work/school this way. If you’re only going for a 3 year degree, I would make it 4. It will take you 2-3 years for you get the hands-on experience you need to operate a group home and make a career out of it.
Once you set up a group home, you can work as many or as few shifts in the home as you want.
