Land Mark Physical Therapy Claims

A company called Land Mark has contracted with our largest private pay insurer (80% of market share). They are taking over the authorization and review process for PT claims in April. Does anyone have experience with them. I believe that they are presently in MI, PA and CA. They communicated that their review is based on medical necessity; however, they conveyed an expectation of 5 visits of 45 minutes as an average for PT cases. Any feedback is welcomed.
