Question by : Is it legal to charge an independent contractor a percentage of their income to use your facility?
In regards to a physical therapist working as an independent contractor in a physical therapy clinic. He or she has own patients and referrals and does not depend or need referrals from owner.

its most likely legal to add that into the contract… but absolutely ridiculous… that should in NO way be an excuse for you to charge more to rent work out of the clinic… i wouldn’t make it income dependent, but instead just add $ 25 a month in the contract and list it as a perk when trying to lure that therapist into working out of that particular clinic.
