Career Ideas For A High School Senior?

I am going to be a senior this year in high school. I am starting to think of career options. I want to definitely do something in the medical field. I am very interested in alternative medicine such as Kinesology or Chiropractic. I have also considered Physical Therapy. What other career options are out there i could look into?
Chronic Lower Back Pain Tried Everything, Ideas?

My husband has chronic lower back pain as a result of an injury many years ago. MRI shows nothing other than slight fluid in the facet joints. We have tried physical therapy (which made it worse), chiropractic, multiple anti-inflmmatory pills, steriod injection into the back, burning the nerves, pain management clinic, Vicadin, and various opiate based drugs. it is so debilitating he can’t work- a simple walk through the grocery store is almost more than he can handle and he has a pretty high pain tolerance. Sitting is also uncomfortable. He can’t hold our baby unless he lays down because he is afraid of dropping him if a spasm hits. This has been going on for a year now and has had a major negative impact on our lives. Has anyone else dealt with a similar problem and did you ever get a diagnosis and treatment that worked?

besides going door to door and marketing to physicans, does anyone have any ideas for marketing a new physical therapy practice with a low budget? Or, does anyone have any input on marketing seminars?
