Hello.
Take a deep breath.Hold for a count of ten and then exhale and relax.Do this a few times.
Ok.Now your ready to begin.
First you must ACCEPT that self-healing is a LONG process.
Second you must ACCEPT that there are NO SHORTCUTS.
Thirdly you MUST say to YOURSELF repeatedly that your life WILL improve.Do this first thing when you wake up and before you go to sleep.
Fourth - WRITE down how you FEEL on a piece of paper.
Fifth - You MUST accept that you are EQUAL to everyone else.
Sixth - GET OUT of the flat and back to NATURE.If there's a park nearby ,a river, anywhere where there is wildlife.Connecting with your REAL self is a very POWERFUL healing tool.
Seventh- Keep on GOING!!

Hi,
Take things one step at a time.
I know it must be difficult for you but things can get better. focus on you therapy and try to move onto the 5 days a week one when your ready. When your feeling strong enough perhaps you can start to look for work. this will obviously give you an income and make you more self reliant, but also give you more social contact with other people. You know what you want to do so that's a good start. Have you heard of computeach? try there website, http://www.computeach.co.uk/ or maybe you could start a course at your local college. Your aching joints could just be down to lack of exercise from staying inside all the time, so maybe try and do a bit of exercise each day even if it's just a few sit ups or something, probably best to see you doctor on that though. If you masturbate that much i would have thought that's whats caused your skin problem. could you try and reduce haw often you do it and see if there's an improvement? Try not to worry about things that can't be helped like your finger and concentrate on what steps you can take to improve your life.
Hope this helps.

That's a really broad group of careers. What do you want to do. Go to college first. Secretaries you don't need a college education and long term you won't make as much money as opposed to a stockbroker which usually requires a college education to get into any good firm.
