Both are similar, in that you would be assisting a PT or OT with treatment of patients. They both are excellent choices for a long term career. You would have to choose which philosophy of treatment or which type of patients you would like to work most with when choosing OTA or PTA

Both of these are similar in prospects and length of educational requirements.
