What Would Be A More Wise Or Economy Conscious Career Decision: Becoming A Physical Therapist Or Teacher?

I have been thinking about this for awhile and am not sure quite what to do. I’m 19 but half way through my sophomore year in college with all my generals done, so I have to take a path and go with it. I’m working as a physical therapy aide now, and do not like the nature of the work in the hospital. I was thinking about physical therapy athletics since I am an college athlete, but I’m not sure about the amount of schooling and science classes. With a teacher I would do secondary education teaching english, which I like alot and am good at. The problem being the demand and pay for teachers is not something that helps any, so the dilemma persists.

A Physical Therapist. Medical will be one of the biggest employers. Also, you don’t have to be a physical therapist in a hospital. When I went to physical therapy, they offered it at the doctor’s office as well as a gym that was owned by the hospital. Athletics will also always be needed, but you would have a better chance working in a doctor’s office because the baby boomer generation will be getting older as our generation starts our careers, and they will definitely need physical therapy.
