Danielle, this will depend on the location, whether you are purchasing or leasing the building? Are you working solo at first or do you have money in reserves to pay salaries? Are you doing the billing yourself? Is the equipment new or used? Does this include advertising? How long can you operate if it takes 9 months for insurance to pay their bills? Can you survive personally if you don’t break even each month? What happens if it takes 6-12 months to get credentialed with an insurance (happens often)? Ball park you could begin for something like that, but I would want a lot of physician support as far as referrals go, you would be buying used equipment and working solo, but could be done.
